About Nutrition Revitalised

From a research spark to empowering support:
A research project I worked on revealed widespread nutrient deficiencies and inadequate/incorrect supplementation among women preconception. I saw a deeper need as this pointed back to a lack of awareness on nutritional needs during this critical phase. As I delved further, I saw a deeper need among women with PCOS and infertility, who were navigating a confusing, isolating landscape. Misdiagnoses, misinformation, and inadequate support fueled my passion to ignite change through a social media platform.

Blossoming further: I received immense gratification from giving back to my audience and clients and realised the difference this support made to people’s lives. Hence, I wanted to reach out to the wider community, supporting individuals with a wider range of goals/concerns. With my clinical expertise, I aim to revitalise more lives through individualised nutrition and empowerment.
